May need to replace their pillows in rooms. Too small, too hard and not comfortable.

Hello SHEK KEI,Thanks for your feedback. However, the pillows are new and have been specially designed to meet all requests. In each room you will find 2 pillows per person, hypoallergenic, 1 large soft pillow and 1 other smaller with memory foam. There is a tram stop 2 minutes away, with easy access to the city center.
