Great location near tram, comfortable, quiet , clean & staff shared a baggage weighing device which was helpful.

The hotel is right by a tram stop so only a short tram ride to the airport or walk. Hotel staff are amazing!

The carpet was filthy. The whole place, including the location, is sketchy. Don't do it. Stay somewhere safe and clean.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic and make you feel welcome, the food choices are excellent and the chef has a magic touch with beef! I will gladly return to this hotel anytime and recommend to family and friends. Great value and location for the airport.

Hideous hospitality.

Comfortable bed but that's it. Sour faced service in the restaurant. Customer service abilities are non existent. It's a hotel so there should be some hospitality.No cups or glasses in the room so what is the point of a kettle?

There are roadworks around the hotel that make it very difficult to access. We phoned for advice and staff said ‘Just use your GPS’. The car system was useless but Google Maps found the way. Rooms are smallish but OK, restaurant is OK and we probably should give it another chance when roadworks are completed.
