Property was okay. Receptionist was rude and unprofessional. I waited over an hour to check in as the receptionist claimed that I did not have a confirmation code. She asked me to call Expedia when she should’ve called herself. She called and said they were closed and then just stopped helping me and said she could not do anything else even though I showed her my email confirmation several times. I asked her to call her manager and said there was no one else to call. She was VERY rude and condescending. I had to pay international minutes on my overseas line to get ahold of Expedia - over 12 minutes. The receptionist said I could pay again and ask Expedia to refund me. There was no way I was going to Reply when I clearly had paid already. I called Expedia and they called her three times to confirm reservation. I waited over an hour just to check in. It was the rudest experience Iʻve ever encountered. The receptionist - her name started with an O - did not even apologise or offer any courtesy for the inconvenience and rudeness. Instead she was passive-aggressive and put me in a room in which the AC was making loud noises the whole night I was there. When I came into the room the sauna heater in the bathroom was on and the room was hot. Didnt even bother to deal with the rude receptionist who wouldnt even bother to call her manager. One of the worst experiences ever. Nothing done to rectify the unprofessionalism and inconvenience.

Hotel was great, staff fine, near tram ( easy to downtown) & cite du vin, near 1 great night spot, good room, safe, large space, great ac, good kitchenette, great bedding Cons: breakfast a poor value, no nearby breakfast or lunch places, hard pillows

The apartment was fine and quiet, but unfortunetly the was no dishwasher tablet or any dish soap and sponge. Ceramic cooktop was broken. No utilites to clean the apartment.

Not great, overpriced breakfast even by Bordeaux standards. Annoyingly has coffee maker and hot water maker but no tea or coffee even to buy on site. Asked front desk and was told I could go to grocery store and buy, About a mile away
