Friendly staff but bad installations and location.

Location is behind a empty plot , not by the beach, and the way in to hotel is quite scary at night. Also the bed sheets there had always stains, shower didn’t work properly and they don’t have hot hotel to shower at night. Staff is very friendly.

Clean, modern inside with minor possibility of bug

Really hard to find, nestled away in a dingier part of Station 3. Not much of a lobby. Interior of room was great, very clean and modern. Would have rated higher but I saw a fairly large cockroach which made me second guess my experience

no electricity. No one came to check if we’re ok. They are asking for extra charge for another person for a 2 person in one bedroom. Poor service.

Blue dawn hotel

Everything is ok. No pool but we went there for the beach (boracay). Although food was only for 3 people inatead of 5.

Very bad customer service

When I made my reservation Ii have selected the wrong date. I have sent four e-mails and nobody answer me. I was not able to call customer service. I have lost my money. I finaly have access to call the number on my reservation and the person who answer me told me that he has not My reservation!

you have to carry your bags down a long dirt path to get to the hotel, no elevator, AC would cut off automatically leaving the room hot, took several times before it worked, roosters outside are bad, walk to the beach which is near by you go through what looks like a homeless camp/trash dump. Avoid this place. And the beach is littered with boats you might as well stay in station 1 or 2

Service was great

Service was great. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and we really appreciate them. I only have positive reviews for the hotel staff. However we stayed at the first floor and basically was fed by mosquitoes (there was also a gigantic spider in our room) everyday. We realised that there aren’t as many mosquitoes at the top floors (3rd/4th) so maybe you’d consider living at the top floors for a good night’s sleep.

Small room off the beach

The room I had was small, but what it made it feel smaller is there was no window for the room. There was no fresh air into the room. The Aircon worked great the bed was comfortable the bathroom small, but then again I didn’t get the room because of a large bathroom. The location is set back from the beach, not a big deal, but the 20 or so roosters that roamed the area liked to crow at 1 am. The breakfast was good that came with the room. It is a little overpriced for what it is, a small room with a bed and a bathroom set back from the beach.
