It has no elevator, a bit of struggle to reach the cafe on the 5th floor.

Close to beach. Ok hotel

There was a typhoon 3 days before our arrival, so there wasn’t any electricity, however, they had a generator that was turned on at 4pm. The generator intermittently kicked off through the night and we woke up because it was very hot in our room. The face cloths didn’t look particularly clean and when we asked for beach towels, they had none, but gave us a regular room towel instead. We asked for clean towels after room service had gone to our room but they told us they had none left... and then someone walked by folding laundry and provided us with two clean ones. We asked for travel assistance back to the Caticlan airport as it had advertised at the front desk and online it had support, but when asked they said they had no wifi and were not able to assist us at all. There was a kiosk in DMall that we went to instead for the airport travel. It was very close to the beach, right in Stn 2 where all the action is, so that was convenient. It was fine for a two day trip but would try another hotel for our next trip.

Nice clean rooms. 1 min away from the beach. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The customer service was good. The hotels toilet needs upgrading especially toilet flush....

Awesome stay

We enjoyed our stay at Luxx Hotel. The place was clean and convenient. Service was exceptional. Would definitely recommend this place

Very clean rooms with friendly staff. Queen beds are comfortable with nice bedding. Two days that week hot water did not work since there were several power outages but they do have a backup generator for lights and aircon. Would like to see a chair put in the room for sitting.

Looks like a new place and very well maintained... Really comfortable and the breakfast was amazing!
