The room was very small and the AC in not working. The food was nice and the staff are ok. Location is not bad.

It was good the room is ok but the AC is hot the hotel is a couple of walk going to the beach staffs are friendly breakfast is good.

Very good location just outside of DMall. Property a bit worn. Aircon was leaking. Breakfast was good. Staff was great and returned shoes left in the room when we were checking out. Room had a terrace but not much of a view now as its covered by newer hotels.

Resort?
Posted 16 Jan 2019 on HotelsFirst room the aircon dripped condensation on the bed. Staff immediately moved us to another room. Not sure what qualifies this as a resort other than the name. hotel itself is very ho-hum. 2 breakfast choices (Americano or Pilipino) but with meat & starch choices within also. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

SCAM HOTEL. CHARGE 11 YEARS KIDS AS ADULTS !!!
Posted 31 Dec 2018 on HotelsRight now this hotel is trying to SCAM me and CHARGE me extra. I checked in last night with my partner and daughter. ( who's just turned 11 ). At reception the girl asked ''how many adults'' >. A strange question as it was obvious. I said 2. She said directly to me daughter (ignoring my answer) '' how old are you ?''. My daughter answered ''11''. The receptionist then told me that ''11 year olds'' ( and I quote ) ' are adults in the Philippines''. A ridiculous statement and quite obviously a lie. I told her that was not true. She insisted it was true and told me she would be CHARGING me and EXTRA 600 pesos PER NIGHT. I told her to cancel our reservation as we would quite easily find another hotel nearby. She didn't care about this. Not one bit. She went to automatic-pilot. She said '' if you cancel I will charge you an extra...'' blah blah. I wasn't listening anymore. I will not be bullied or harassed into any SCAM. This is a shameful incident and I told her that I would making sure the world found out on Hotels.com. It is now the next morning and I am waiting for the ''manager''. I will let you know what happens. I may have to get the tourist POLICE. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL .
Now the room. 1. There is no fridge in this ''deluxe'' room. 2. The electric fan is broken and dangerous. 3. The floor is dirty. 4.The mattress is very thin and uncomfortable. 5. The previous occupant has left his shorts outside on the balcony. 6. Bedding is dated 8 years old.

Convenient Location

Pros: Location, and staff.
Cons: They could use an elevator.
Location: Right near the beach, and plenty of resteraunts and shops.
I like the hotel, mainly for it's location to DMALL, and beach. It has a very spartan finish. If you are looking for something more, this isn't it.. The staff is very pleasant.
