Ten days prior to our stay, we reached out to the hotel to see if they offered airport transportation. They gave us a third party transport company's contact number (which we ended up booking). Upon arrival, the transport company left us (we were on time) and we had to wait for the next ride. Porters forced us to hand our luggages then demanded tips. The ferry was very crowded and hot. The car ride from the ferry terminal to the hotel was very uncomfortable. There was no space so we were sandwiched between our full sized check in luggages. All these only to find out that the hotel had their own private transport. :(
As for the hotel itself, the staff were tremendous. They were really nice and accommodating. Downside were the cleanliness and the AC. There were ants when we arrived. The AC was leaking (puddles on the floor) and wasn't cooling properly.

Compare to what we experienced last year with other facilities Hernan palm was the best so far . From the transport port to the hotel, no stress at all. The foods are delicious and the staff are superb. Over all love the place and the room with direct access to the pool. See you again soon 👍

The property was at a great location. Beautiful place. If I could give minus star for the service I would. I will never stay at this property ever again. It’s too bad my family was gonna book their family reunion at this property but because of our experience here they have decided to look elsewhere.

Great location. Everyone is so friendly. Walk outright to the beach. Breakfast was super good. Get the transportation option for sure. They make it so easy.

Excellent location!
Buffet is stupendous!
Staff are very friendly and accomodating!
Room is clean and we have a perfect view of the ocean.
We will definitely come back.
