We had excellent service. Staff was always very friendly and available. We arrived for early check in, although we could not access our room, we could leave our luggage at the reception until the proper check in time. There was mats always available for the beach, as well as beach towel. The room was also very clean, with a nice balcony with beach view. Air conditioning was also working good, it was necessary as we were there at the peak or the summer time. The restaurant is also very good with soft pop music. We also annoyed the complementary breakfast . The offer a shuttle au Device from the airport to the hotel. I highly recommend as it’s not as straightforward how to get to from the main island to Boracay as you need to take a ferry. It’s a bit expensive, 200 CAD, round trip but it’s worth it for piece of mind. I highly recommend Calypso in Boracay.

Trapped because of virus

I am stuck at this hotel for an undetermined amount of time and they have been great.

Nice place, and I liked everything with some little exceptions. Coffee could be better, it is bitter and has no flavor to my taste. Also, butter on my pancakes was spoiled: it had oxidized bitter taste, probably too old. But other than that, the food was good, and I would stay in this hotel again.

Wonderful staff, great menu-always happy to assist us. Laid back vibe with all the amenities you need. We stayed in the Lighthouse room upstairs at the beachfront- beautiful. Lots of loungers & comfortable seating 👏👍😎🌴🏊

I tried cancelling my reservation because of the Taal eruption & they denied our cancellation & did not refund! My wife & I have respiratory problems & can't be subjected to ash fall. No sympathy at all!
