Our experience at this accommodation was thoroughly disappointing from start to finish. Choosing the loft type was a mistake because it was on the 4th floor, which Expedia DID NOT mention, making it hard to reach. Also, the pictures were wrong, showing a different room. The photos provided were misleading. I requested to switch us to a room with two queen beds and one single bed on the 2nd floor, hoping for better luck. Nope. The AC there was just as bad. We had to beg for a fan, but even that couldn't save us from the heat. Plus, the shower heater was on vacation too!! Frustrating! Breakfast? Don't bother! You're better off grabbing something elsewhere. Overall, our stay was uncomfortable and disappointing.

Let me begin by saying the hotel staff were pleasant and attentive. The breakfast food was good and well prepared. The hotel itself is in a poor condition. It is certainly not a 3* hotel as advertised by Expedia. The air conditioning is outdated and the rooms bore no resemblance to those advertised on the Expedia site. The deluxe room booked was cramped and the shower room/toilet was in very poor condition and the staff immediately moved us to a larger room. There is no restaurant, just a few tables in the reception area at which to eat breakfast. Your statement that the hotel is a few steps away from the beach is totally misleading as it is around 100 metres away. Although it must be said the beach is lovely. So while we will probably visit Boracay again I doubt we will use Expedia to do so

Very accommodating staff, we really appreciate you all, thank you!! Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again..

The staff and the mangement are the best! Accomodating and friendly.... due to typhoon there was no electricity inthe Island but it did not bother us... great experience
