The property was ok, good location staff where very friendly, breakfast is not worth attending, the coffee was one of the worst I have tasted in my 50 years of working in the hospitality industry
So sad that they call this coffee….

Staff are very friendly, attends to your needs right away and make sure all concerns are dealt accordingly. Breakfast were also well prepared and had a variety of choices each day. Very pleased with our stay. Thank you

Booked this resort last minute and it did not disappoint. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. The resort is just walking distance from the beach and all the restaurants and shopping centers. The food at the resort was personally so much better than the food outside. I recommend doing the breakfast option as they have a wide variety of food to choose from and they switch the choices every morning. I am very pleased with my stay at Boracay Haven. Thank you Dexter for helping us and the other supervisor on staff that I was not able to catch their name. Much love from NYC

Shocked in Boracay
Posted 20 Jul 2023 on HotelsThe property was much older than the photos online appeared to be. The city is undeveloped which I never seen online. I was shocked to see the overall island was dirty & trashed. I thought going to Boracay would be like Miaimi Beach.
