There are no elevators, so pack light! But the staff is SUPER friendly and kind & willing to help you with your luggage. The location is a 5 minute walk from white sand beach. For the price alone, this is 10/10!

Its our third time staying here and did not disappoint! While the hotel and rooms are a little outdated, the facilities are very clean. The hotel is on the main road with easy access to Station 2, Dmall etc. Note that there are no elevators but staff will help with luggage if need be.

Very disappointed, my brother is disabled and they did not have any elevator and they put us all the way to the 4th floor. And theres one towel missing and they charged us. We didnt even know.

As much as we wanted to help you with your situation, it was impossible for us to give another room since we were fully booked during your stay.
With regards to the missing towel, it is just our normal policy to charge for missing towels. Other than these issues, we hope you still enjoyed your stay in Boracay. Thank you
