When I checked in they tried to give me a room with one bed where I reserved two beds. The staff also didn’t make bed with duvet or comforter only very thin blanket, I was cold and had to ask for a blanket.

It was a good place to stop for a night but probably wouldn’t stay there for a week vacation

Disappointed the pool was out of service due to what looked like a fire. When we were in our room, someone used there key card to enter our room my accident and walked in.

The staff appeared to be well intended but there were a couple of “concerns “. After registration, the desk staff informed me there was a “ modified “ breakfast. They’d had a fire and needed to just have cold items temporarily. I understand the situation but I think there should have been a small refund or had it on their web page. The TV had 2 remotes and we needed written instructions to help us use it. There were none so we had to get staff to help us. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was very good.

For the most part we were satisfied with our stay. Property was very clean but the lighting in the room was somewhat dim and we ended up having to switch rooms because every time you flushed the toilet it just kept running annoyingly. The other negative we'd recommend changing is the bed coverings are thin as paper. Almost just like having a sheet only. Would suggest heavier comfort quality bedding. Breakfast was bare bones minimum. Basically coffee and mini muffins (of which only one was left when we got there well before breakfast ending time). Could work on creating a bit more variety. Staff was very pleasant and did accommodate our room change.

Advertised showing a pool. The pool was closed even though it was 75 degrees and the pool looked fine. Tried to order a movie on the tv. The option is there, but you cannot use it.
