Nothing around property to walk to. Containers in the parking area I’m not sure if they’re remodeling or not. Our room was very dusty around the baseboards carpet area and dated.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. I liked that decaffeinated coffee was available. The place seems a bit older than my last HIE accommodations.

There was a busload of students and I just *knew* they would be disruptive HOWEVER I never heard a peep! Breakfast was pretty good. Pleasantly surprised!

Close to MO Soccer Park, easy access off the highway, quick check in. Staff was pleasant and responsive. For the cost, the property is a bit outdated and in need of upgrades. Bed comfort is mediocre.

Very Disappointed.

We arrived around 9 pm with a very noisy welcome by other hotel guests who filled the seating area in the lobby. Well over 20 adults with alcoholic beverages having what appeared to be "gathering." The receptionist apologized for the noise level, but said he could do nothing about it. Then... the room next to us was noisy unto 1 am. Our phone to the front desk did not work. Don't count on us to use this hotel location any time in the future.
