Could not check in. Front desk is closed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Arrived at 11:30 pm. Did not know establishment did not allow late check in. If I had known this, would not have booked.

The property was clean but dated. Our service was fine. The "continental breakfast" was coffee/juice and a honey bun from a box. The pool was closed for the season, even though it's an indoor pool. There is a connected Mexican restaurant, which was convenient. The room price was maybe a little high for what we received.

Worse hotel.
Posted 25 Sep 2023 on HotelsWhen I showed up on Friday they booked me into a dirty room and then move me to another room that had no towels why do I said that the pool was open and then the following day they said nope it's close for the season because it's not heated they refuse to give me a refund and I want a refund now this was a horrible place they also had six cockroaches in the hotel room. I asked for more towels at 10:00 at night and she said no they are right there you aren't getting anymore
