They communicated and checked in on us by texts. That was great. They were happy to help if we needed anything. Unfortunately, we booked this place due to them having such a nice pool area. The pool was dirty and not scheduled to be cleaned until our stay was over. This was disappointing.

BED SHEETS AND BLANKET WERE NOT PROPERLY CLEAN. SUITE LAYOUT VERY FUNCTIONAL, APPLIANCES IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. ROOM-CLEANING EVERY TWO DAYS IS WORKABLE BUT UNUSUAL. / RGDS / SG

This was our first time and we love it. It was extremely clean and the breakfast made me feel like in a fancy restaurant. The room was quiet and had all kind of dishes and spoon and everything you need to cook. And the pool was amazing not that big but very aesthetic. I will recommend good price good location, clean and amazing breakfast and a lovely staff. My new favorite in Bonita Springs .
