BreAkfast had no dairy products since " the truck didn't come last week". No fruit other than apples and limited other breakfast items. Noise from closing room doors was very noticable. HVAC was quiet.

Very noisy. Very thalls and floors. No cable TV or smart TV. Absolutely terrible!

Hunting trip

Bathroom was cold no way to fix that.
Everything else was fine

The person at the front desk was very inexperienced
Had no idea what she was doing
No manager to be found
Paid for our room on Expedia and she went ahead and charged us too and then can’t figure out how to reverse it

Additionally, it seems there is some miscommunication of what took place but I assure you a manager is always available and can assist most matters even in the over night shifts.
