Basic room

The room was let down by the bathroom which had mould around the wall just outside the shower and the smell from the sink. There was cobweb and dust next and on the window. The bed was comfortable and clean so that was good and the staff could not be friendlier and helpful but were only there part time. The check in system takes a bit of getting used to and having maps of the local area would be great.

Great for bike touring - La Velo Francette

We are bike touring so like that the Ibis Budget rooms are big enough for the bikes. We did have to carry them up the stairs though as no lift. Big bonus - they have Leffe on tap! Breakfast was excellent!

Think again...

Convenient location and easily found and the shower I had was good, but that's about it. The walls are paper thin, beds very hard and narrow and my ground floor room had no curtains. The reception is only open at certain times so be careful about your arrival time so you can check in, or you'll be waiting... Overall I didn't have a good experience here...

Simple nuit étape sur notre parcours. Appel + mail au préalable pour se renseigner sur notre heure tardive + un chien. On me répond que pas de soucis, aucun frais supplémentaires. Lors de notre arrivée à l’hôtel on nous demande un supplément pour le chien. Nous avons payés et pas fais d’histoire mais je trouve que cette demande n’est pas correcte. Nous sommes très déçus. Sans compter la douche et les wc pas très propre.. taches marrons sur la faïence de la douche et j’épargne les détails pour les wc. Hygiène à revoir et explications pour animaux nécessaire.

Madame,Après vérification, nous n'avons jamais reçu de mail de votre part concernant un animal. Nous gardons pourtant tous les mails pour informations.Toute notre équipe est formée et au courant qu'un animal entraîne un supplément de 5 par jour et par animal.Pour la chambre, il ne fallait pas hésiter à venir à la réception afin de demander une autre chambre. Et tout simplement en parler à la personne présente à votre arrivée afin que nous soyons au courant.Cordialement.

Manquait juste de papier dans la borne. Autrement très bon séjour pour pouvoir participer à une journée de formation dans la région.
