Shahad checked us in. Wonderful. Friendly, professional, and super helpful. He welcomed us with a great smile and totally on top of everything. He is a great asset to this hotel. Loved the food at the restaurant, location and our room. Everything was very comfortable.

The hotel was beautiful, so clean, the beds were comfortable, the front desk staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again

Wonderful staff, beautiful hotel, fantastic location. Five minutes walk from train station. The only problem was that the air conditioner was difficult to maintain at a comfortable temperature for sleeping so we were hot at night. The staff tried to help and gave us a fan which did help some. The problem was that the temperature had to be controlled at the front desk with a computer. The night manager came to our room and tried multiple times to fix it on the computer but it didn’t work. We are used to a cool sleeping temperature at home do the nights were a bit difficult. However, everything else about the hotel is excellent so we would stay here again.
