Very nice impresser of stay. Perfect atmosphere and friendly personnel. Suggest for managers to take care of maintenance (lights, windows and other furniture). Wish to come again.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the mountains with a stream flowing next to it and excellent breakfast.

Very comfy and new hotel located close to Lake Abant. Breakfast is very nice and fresh. Try their specialities for dinner. During winter season view should be amazing.

Dear All, First once we arrived to hotel, hotel gave information that all deluxe rooms don’t have nice views. But Our deluxe room window just all closed like prison. It is very bad for long stays. Second: Live music didn’t happen on Saturday (Feb-15th), because singer got cold. They don’t have any alternative solution. That is bad Third: If you want to stay this hotel you can not get any invoice or receipt from Abant Lotus hotel. That means you can not charge to your company and hotel does not provide any helps

all thank you for your comment. I tried to explain the issue to you during your checkout process, but I will explain it again. We were expecting such a comment. 1 - The room you are staying in is given the same room that you had purchased on the Expedia site before you arrived. If you review the room pictures again, you will see that there is no difference. 2- As of February 14 of the week, the music program, which was Saturday, was held on Friday evening, February 14, and you participated in this program. And it was shared with all guests that there would be no music on Saturday evening. 3- Although I told you that you can not get an invoice or receipt from Abant Lotus hotel, you did not want to understand that you made your payment from Expedia and you need to get the Invoice or receipt from Expedia. Because we received our payment from Expedia, not from You, and You made the payment from Expedia, not Abant Lotusa. We organized your accommodation fair on behalf of Expedai. Now I ask you, where is the authority you need to ask for the invoice or receipt? Cash register receipt was given to you for your extra expenses. Since you could not get the documents you want, if you received the documents you want, you would give your comment score as 1 and your score would be 1 again. Oda resimlerini tekrar incelerseniz bir fark olmadığını göreceksiniz. 2- Haftanın 14 Şubat olması itibari ile Cumartesi olan müzik programı 14 Şubat Cuma akşamı yapılmış ve sizlerde bu programa katılmıştınız. Ve Cumartesi akşam müzik olmayacağı tüm misafirlerle paylaşılmıştır. 3- Abant Lotus otelden bir fatura veya makbuz alamazsınız kısmını size anlatmama rağmen anlamak istemediniz ki Siz ödemenizi Expediaya yaptınız dolayı ile Fatura veya makbuz kısmını Expediadan almanız gerekmektedir. Çünkü biz ödememizi Sizden değil Expediadan aldık ve Siz ödemeyi Abant Lotusa Değil Expediaya yaptınız. Sizin konaklama futarınızı Expedai adına düzenledik. Şimdi soruyorum size Faturayı veya makbuzu istemeniz gereken mercii neresi acaba ? Ekstra harcamalarınız için Yazar Kasa fişi size verildi. İstediğiniz evrakı alamadığınız için de yorum puanınızı 1 olarak verdiğiniz pekala istediğiniz evrakı almış olsaydınız puanınız yine 1 mi olacaktı. Teşekkür ederiz. Saygılarımızla
