The highlands castle was a beautiful and different experience . Took my wife there this year valentine's day and had a great time. Lots of near by amenities and grocery store. I can not wait to go back in the summer months and get the full experience with better weather

Covid get away
Posted 30 Jul 2020 on HomeAwayLike everyone at this time my husband and I were having difficulty being in the same shared space in our house. We decided to try and get away to celebrate our anniversary. The Highlands Castle was a perfect place for us to reconnect and celebrate our 26 years together. The owners of the castle where there to help us with anything we needed but they did so without being intrusive. The views and the accommodations were picture perfect - the pictures on the website don't even do it justice. There was plenty of room for us to spread out during the time we actually spent at the castle and there were plenty of activities for us to enjoy in the surrounding towns when we left the castle.

If you're looking for a rural getaway with in a distinct setting, try the Highlands. We had a terrific stay in this mini-castle.

Surprised my wife for our anniversary by booking this place. Only thing I told her was that the accommodations were fit for my queen. Little did she knw she would be staying in a castle. Place was Awesome and the Owner made us feel right at home. Would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a unique stay.

Secret Romantic Castle, Definitely Worth A Visit
