Hallo Laura,Ik snap dat je niet blij bent met ons hotel, omdat je, je kamer niet meer kon annuleren. Je had echter het niet te annuleren tarief hebt geboekt en pas eind van de middag de kamer geannuleerd. Zoals je zult begrijpen is het voor ons helaas dan niet meer mogelijk om de kamer bezet te krijgen voor diezelfde avond.

We had no experience with a hotel without a reception. But when we mentioned that we did not know how we had to enter the hotel we got a phonecall. " just call us when you are there". We did and felt very welcome.

Excellent serice
Posted 18 Nov 2022 on HotelsComfortable room and service in pretty town. Even though I had mislaid my digital room key, the hotel was able to verify me and let me into the hotel and room extremely quickly. Very satisfied and extremely helpful
