Staff was attentive and accommodating. Rooms and bed were comfortable, clean, spacious.
Breakfast was excellent.
Location was perfect, especially since we were coming into and leaving Bologna.

Good location, directly across the road from the train station and close to the main sites.
Breakfast was good, fair choice and good quality. Staff were pleasant and helpful, only thing that really lets the hotel down is the bar. The bar itself is fine but the seating isn’t very welcoming. All in all a decent hotel more than acceptable for a 3 night stay in Bologna

Very clean centrally located near the train station. Breakfast was excellent.
We had an issue with the AC in our room. We were told the “manager turned it off” which led to some very uncomfortable nights. Could not open the window due to the noise from the street.

the property is old and need immediate repair. Air conditioning is almost negligible, lucky the weather is not too hot.
The only positive is close to train station and good staff attitude.

My husband and I stayed only one night at this hotel and I would say the hotel in general was above average. The bed was comfortable, the staff is friendly and efficient, and all the essentials were provided (bottle of wine too). The breakfast buffet was great with a lot of variety, easily the best thing of our stay. What mostly docked points for us was the cleanliness and the shower drainage. The room felt dusty and while the bathroom was clean, the shower was oddly designed. The glass pane only covered up to 1/4 of the length of the tub so water was getting outside the tub and the drain was very very slow. Again we only stayed for one night so we're really looking for functionality and convenience, and I think the hotel delivered on that front.
