Staff were friendly and helpful. We even rented scooters that were available at the front desk for a reasonable price.

Great property, well appointed rooms, good location. Some of the staff on the front desk were excellent - helpful and obliging. A couple, quite brusque.

Excellent location just outside Bologna Train station. Super clean, high quality bedding and comfortable bed mattress. A little bit frugal compared to all other NH Collection hotels I stayed at. No iron and board in the room, or to the room. Must go to the fifth floor and iron there. That was a bummer! Also, no free water bottle daily. No coffee machine in the room. These are things I am accustomed to finding in any NH Collection hotel. Price point was really good though.

Super staff at check in. Room very clean with good amenities. Really great shower and things like body lotion and hair conditioner greatly appreciated. Walking distance to everywhere.
