Good location but 3 star struggling to be 4 star. Some staff excellent others not so good.
Would probably not recommend.

Staff were very professional and accommodating. We stayed in an apartment that is offsite. They will porter your luggage and hold luggage after checkout if you want to explore Bologna. It’s convenient to the local attractions and restaurants which makes it a very busy area. The rooftop terrace is lovely.
My only complaint is the parking situation. We received messages from the hotel prior to our trip but none of them mentioned which garage we should park in. Luckily we chose the one that offers a discount for hotel guests. When mentioned to hotel staff, they politely told us that we’d booked through a service but if we’d gone to their website, it would’ve said where to park. Adding parking info to the messages the hotel sends through Expedia would go a long way in guest services.

Friendly staff! Proposed nice restaurants and gelato places!
Great breakfast buffet!
Amazing food and gelato in Bologna!
Only downside, lack of sound proofing between the rooms.

This was an excellent place to stay. The people were great and very friendly. My husband had an accident in the hotel, and the staff were extremely supportive and helpful. I'm grateful for their assistance during that situation. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Walking distance from train station and square. Incredible room with balcony where we enjoyed coffee each morning of our stay.
Very clean and very nice staff. Highly recommend.
