I cannot praise the friendly staff at Hotel Cavour enough. They were very helpful with all our requests. The hotel is in a quiet road within easy walking distance of the major attractions. I would definitely go back.

We could never get the thermostat to work. It was in Italian, so difficult to figure out. There was a window which could be opened, but the street sounds were too loud to leave it open.
Also, we only received body wash. We never received shampoo, shower cap, or body cream.
The extra body wash requested arrived after two calls to the front desk. The two small bottles arrived with one only 1/2 full and the other 1/4 full…

The hotel is in a convenient location. You can walk to sites and restaurants. Breakfast is included. The only drawback was that the bed was hard as a rock.

This is my fifth time staying at Hotel Cavour and every time has been a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location perfect for walking all around the old town, and the breakfast is great! Next trip I will definitely stay here again. 👍❤️

We stayed here for one night on our way to Ravenna for a cruise. This is a beautiful hotel with a great staff and a great breakfast. We would have liked to have stayed longer to explore more of the city.

Large comfortable room. Elevator. Early checking. Proximity to Bologna highlights. Luggage storage room. Easy walk to Metro. Kind and welcoming staff. Outstanding complimentary breakfast!
