questa recensione non rispetta i valori dell'appartamento e dei servizi offerti.
questa recensione, probabilmente, è stata fatta da ospiti molto maleducati che non hanno osservato le regole dell'appartamento (hanno fatto rumore fino a notte fonda, hanno fumato all'interno, hanno lasciato l'appartamento in pessime condizioni) e hanno fatto danni evidenti agli oggetti dentro casa.
ho dovuto ricorrere alla minaccia di chiamare la polizia per via del rumore che questi ospiti hanno fatto fino alle 5 del mattino.
questi ospiti sono stati segnalati come NON desiderati su Expedia ed i maggiori portali per le prenotazioni on-line.

Fantastic stay at Bologna suites. We were using Bologna as a base for day trips on the train. Was so easy to find when we landed, communication from Alex and Alessandro was brilliant and when we arrived 15 minutes earlier than planned they were already there to welcome us. The apartment has everything you need and only 12 minutes to station and a further 15 at most from there to main squares, the location was brilliant for people who don’t mind a walk. What I would point out is that if there are noisy people in the other apartments, you can hear them but that is not the apartments fault as that is inconsiderate neighbours! We only experienced this on the Friday night. Either way, for the price, you will not regret booking here.

Quiet residential location but only a short walk from the Central railway station. Very well situated if, like us, you use Bologna as a base for exploring the region by train.
Property was well equipped.

Lovely apartment in Bologna
Posted 7 Aug 2019 on HotelsApartment was great - all mod cons, nice bathroom and living/kitchen area, reasonably comfortable bed. Conveniently located near the center and the Bologna Centrale train station.
The apartment was clean and our host provided bottled water and other drinks in the refrigerator at no extra charge.
The SmartTV meant that we were able to watch shows on YouTube at night when we wanted to. Netflix was also enabled.
Check-out was at 10:30 but we were allowed to stay a little later to accommodate our flight time. Would stay again!
