This property is located directly under the two towers, which means that the GPS could not find it. At piazza Rossini, several blocks away, the signal was lost. We were required to phone into reception, insist that someone come to find us and guide us to the private parking lot, which is well hidden underneath a building. Advance instructions sent to us for finding it were simply a screen shot, not written with street names or landmarks. All that being said, Lorenzo was accommodating. I suggest that a written set of instructions be sent to guests that direct them out of the no-drive zone. The situation is very clean and accessible by a small elevator; however, opening the door to the suites was a problem on the first night due to a "trick" required. We were locked out for an hour. The streets are extremely noisy well into the early morning hours; we were told that this we were in the university ghetto with partying students. Then, to close the windows, the A/C could not be run. It is understood that the center of town is very old; however, the streets are broken down and there is graffiti on every available wall of these ancient edifices. The Basilica di San Petronio is within walking distance and is well worth a visit. There are some good little restaurants in the vicinity, but all needed reservations in advance. Would not make a return visit.

We loved this this accommodation! Situated next to the Two Towers, but not at all touristy. Lovely reception/breakfast area. Very helpful, friendly staff. Sophisticated but not pretentious atmosphere. Would definitely return/recommend.

Since check in calling us to see what time we arrive because they leave
Ita a building with siftent rooma in it lobby on the 1 floor , had to carry suitcaaes thru stairs first, room with other romms on 3 floor
Its not q prper hotel its like a hostal
They dont do your room in the mornings
We Will never atay there again

Dear, we suggest, next time, to read the information about the property before booking, you will avoid disappointment, in fact on the site you can read that:- It's not that "we're not really a hotel", we're not really a hotel, we're a B&B and it says so!- We do not have a 24-hour reception and since many do not read, we are forced to ask to avoid unpleasant surprises for those who might arrive late, without warning, and be left out.- It is also written that we do not do daily cleaning, but every day yes and one day, because we honestly believe it is respectful for the environment to reduce consumption by avoiding washing linen every day when not necessary (as explained at reception, all you had to do was ask)In summary we are really sorry that your stay was not to your liking but we can't do anything for those who book something without reading what it is! We hope that your review is useful to those who want to learn more about our services and who we are

I absolutely loved our stay here. From the pre check in available, to the location and the staff, everyone and everything was wonderful. I’m just annoyed we only stayed one night as this place is perfect for a longer stay. Will definitely book here again.

The place was great. Very convenient location, easy walking. The room was very clean and spacious, The food was great. So much to choose from for breakfast or snacks. Most of all, the staff was amazing!! They were always available and so helpful and upbeat - each and everyone we talked to throughout our stay. We had to leave before the breakfast time for a flight and they packed an awesome bag full of food and drinks they left in the refrigerator for us to pick up on our way out. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!’
