A comfortable stay, friendly and helpful team, lucky to get a room upgrade which was much appreciated and resulted in a very spacious room.

The carpet in the room is worn out, the cups in the room are full of soap smell, the carpet is dusty and hair can be seen! The lobby and elevator handles are not clean, there are no disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom, and the five-star hotel advertised online is actually 2.5 stars! I guess the only problem was I booked for ONE large bed, preferably king size, as advertised, but the hotel, the reception informed me that all their rooms have two single beds in each room.

Great place to stay!

We had early morning tours, and they gave us a Sac’s lunch for breakfast, which was really nice. They also had the best breakfast we had in the three weeks we’ve been traveling. They even have fried shrimp! It is a bit of a ways to old town, but we took an Uber, which was not expensive at all

Hotel was excellent, comfy rooms and the spa was nice. Didn't eat in the hotel as old Split was 15 mins away on foot for greater choice and value. Breakfast was good quality and staff friendly It was a brilliant base for exploring Split.
