Nice property, pool was out of service. Would have stayed elsewhere had we known.

The customer service was spot on!
The location is workable to get easy access.
The room was clean from linen, towels, and dusting.
As for the stock up for the room, it deserves a zero star. 1. We had empty rolls of toilet paper (seriously) -we didn’t even have an extra roll from stock.
2.we had one bar of soap (what happend fo body wash? For the shower)
3.First use of the toilet and the freaking thing clogged up! Had to lift up the top part of the toilet to stop it from leaking!
4. My 6 year old took a shower and she screamed like crazy because the water wasn’t going down the drain! The damn shower wS ALSO CLOGGED UP! It was horrible!
5.Left a sign for house cleaning to come in and take the trash and restock towels, trash bags (we had no extra bags) and just pick up the room and we got back and it wasn’t picked up (house keeping did not come thru)
6. Had to walk front desk because our key card wasn’t working and waited for about 30 minutes and front desk never showed. I finally went back to the room and my wife tried the card and it finally worked after several swipes!!!!! This was our second time using it, guess we should have switched it when we had issues with the key card the first time.
7.Electronic plugins are NOT UP TO DATE! MOST HOTELS WE have been in don’t need an adaptor to plug in our devices, but for the price we PAID it was ridiculous.
8.Thr pull out couch mattress was smelly and just out of date! It looked and smelled just horrible.eff.
9. Breakfast was 👎

Nice place but $100 security deposit may be the biggest deposit ive had. Other then that great place

Great pool! Spacious room with very comfortable beds. Toilet did not flush properly-tub did not drain while showering. Breakfast was fair-could use more fruit.

The hotel was clean, it had a very bad smell, I left the windows open all day and night and it helped, I was very disappointed that the room didn’t have any place to plug in my phone cord, I had to go and change my phone in my car for about 15 minutes each time for my 2 day stay
