Overall the stay was good. The room was clean, the front office lady was kind & it’s a good place to lay your head for the night. The only thing I gave 4/5 instead of 5/5 was the property condition. The room was nice & clean. It’s just a bit outdated. I know that matters to some but for me, it doesn’t too much as long as it meets the need of being able to lay my head for the night & is clean.

Our stay at the Townsman was a pleasant surprise. While the exterior is the typical old school motel, the room itself was very nice. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. No coffee maker, but the office serves coffee starting at 5am. If you are passing through Boise City, OK, recommend the Townsman and the good Mexican food place about a block away.

This motel is a clean, no frills place. The room was clean and had everything you needed and everything worked. The surrounding area was what’d you expect in the middle of the Oklahoma plains. There’s a gas station across the street and you can walk to DQ. The bed was functional but not comfortable.

Site has done some good upgrades, but the area around it has almost no restaurants available, and no real tourist attractions.....
