The staff was very cold and rude except for Lux and Brandon. The staff needs customer service training. They also allowed dogs in their restaurant. That is so unsanitary. I have been to many Marriotts and having a dog in the restaurant that is the worst. For the record it was not a service dog

the rooms were nice and clean, excellent friendly staff and the restaurant was good. A minor negative was the shower changing from hot to cold randomly but the worst was the noise - you can hear literally everything outside and next door which was frustrating as the some guests were loud - couldn’t get a decent night sleep. It was like living in a university dormitory
