We stayed in the hotel because we read very good comments for their breakfast and honestly that wasn't the case. I never received any offer for upgrade and in my bill had snacks we never take. This was removed after I said we didn't took it. Staff in Front and restaurant were great

The food at the hotel is a bit expensive- got a small bowl of soup and was $10. Also, my bathroom had female hair under the vanity. I checked in an hour early and the staff member did not charge me this time.

Its a very good building with great services and staff. I loved the breakfast buffet that is included in the fee

Best regards, Indeed we do not have air conditioning in all rooms, our maintenance team and management is working hard to improve all rooms. However, this will take an extended period of time.

Was an ok stay. I checked in 2 hours early and was told I’m being charged $40 , I obliged since I travel for a whole day and needed rest. But feel this was excessive for 2 hours away from my check in. The meals for lunch and dinner are a bit expensive compared to local food, they also ask if you want to tip but don’t show you how much. The front counter staff are super nice and very helpful.
