My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Park for 5 nights as we were attending a wedding in Bogota. We were impressed with the size & cleanliness of the room and as an added bonus, we had a great view of the Monserrate from our window! The pool area was one of the cleanest that we have come across and the service from the bartenders was great. The area is quiet, despite being downtown and well located as we were able to walk to most attractions, restaurants, etc. We want to give a special shoutout to Diego at the front desk as he was so accommodating and absolutely lovely to interact with. We would definitely stay again if we return to Bogota in the future! Thank you for a great stay :)

El servicio de los recepcionistas es muy bueno, el staff en general fue muy amigable. Al momento de llagar al hotel me dieron una habitación super pequeña que no cumplía con las características de mi reservación, al efectuar la queja en el front desk procedieron a cambiarme de habitación, aunque si hubo la posposición no hay segundas oportunidades para una primera impresión. El hotel en general necesita un poco de mantenimiento de los pisos de los pasillos, colgadores de shampoo y Conditioner, colocar más perchas en la Hab y también colocar aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, aunque el clima estaba fresco afuera, debido a que las ventanas no se pueden abrir no hay forma de que ventile la habitación y puede llegar a ser un poco incómodo. En general buen servicio al cliente pero la propiedad no le hace justicia.

I was disappointed that the pill was under repair the week i came to stay. They notified me the day prior to my arrival and it was too late to change hotels. The only reason i chose that hotel was the pool and bar area. Overall the stay was nice but i wish they notified me earlier.

The staff were lovely and polite. The hotel itself was clean and tidy. We struggled to get clean towels in our room, we also found a silverfish bug in our bed.

I didn't like that we couldn't open the window and the room was so warm, i had to open the door to get some air. Didn't have coffe maker in the room. I had to go almost every day to the reception to charge the room key, it's bother me when i get to the room late and had to go back down to charge the key to open the door. And i didn't like that they let guess drink in the lobby.
