Hotel Estelar la Fontana was a true experience for us. It's been 9 years since our last visit to Bogota, Colombia. I would make this hotel one of my top choices when we return. We would request room service for minor things in the evening and the gentleman that would bring it to us was amazing, polite and very informative when we had questions. At the breakfast buffet Denalys I believe was her name, would open the door for us, show us where to sit and always had a welcoming smile. My birthday was June 1st and the staff brought over a cheesecake and sang Happy Birthday to me. They made me feel really special. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel! The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and Alejandro and Paola made our mornings a lot more enjoyable. The bedrooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The room service staff were also very nice, shoutout to John who always gave us a sweet smile. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back.

Excellent breakfast, great location with a superb mall and restaurants around. Traffic around might be tough. Very friendly and helpful staff.
