the queen sized suite was such a great value - it was a large apartment sized suite. They provided a nice bottle of mineral water every day. The staff could not have been any nicer...spoke English and really took care of any needs I could have had. The breakfast and the people taking care of me couldn't have been any better as well.

We only received 2 towers. We must exchanged our towers for another one. We feel like that we are in a GHETO hotel. The front door lock whenever the reception was not present. I was uncomfortable waiting for someone ro unlock the door when i need to leave the hotel.
I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

El hotel es bonito, está en una área muy céntrica, el desayuno estilo bufet es bastante bueno, la persona de limpieza es muy organizada y sabe lo que hace. El servicio de recepción se puede mejorar un poco más. El joven que trabaja nocturno para nosotros fue el que mejor atención brindó.

The hotel is located in safe, vibrant area. It's close to everything. The room was big, clean, tidy, and comfortable. I would only suggest improving the general indoor lighting, there was not enough ilumination in the room and it was still dark when all lights were on. For the rest, all was excellent!!!
