This hotel is an old classic property in the international district in Bogota, it is close to museums, the old city quarters, and overlooking the Monserrate mountain.
If you don't have to go to the real north of Bogota it is a great location

The staff is excellent always smiling the breakfast is the best the dinner wow,want to give big shout outs to my new friends Sabaatien at the front desk and Brandon Lee Bruce lee son lol,and shout out to Lisa holding down the cafe spot shes remarkable, overall was good,my set back is sometimes late you will hear a lot of talking in the hallway,but other than that i like it,thanks for a wonderful stay

Its an old high end hotel but very well kept. The rooms are very nice, though there was no air-conditioning, its always cool. Its in the downtown area of Bogota. Its located in a business district.

Not an international hotel. No smart TV so all channels except CNN were in Spanish. Food poisoning from room service pizza. Wrong information given twice in english at the reception. Old and tired hotel. However well located for many amenities so no need to use a taxi can walk if you feel safe.

About 50 years ago it may of been a five star hotel but now not so much. My wife and I had to switch rooms three times during our stay. They did upgrade rooms each time so that was nice. However, water temperature was difficult to control no matter what shower we used. Water leaks through the lobby when it rains, and not just a little bit. Staff is friendly and accommodating.The area around is not safe after dark.

I like this hotel. It's convenient, safe, quiet, clean, great food, helpful staff, and spacious rooms. Not the most modern in rhe city, but I have nothing to complain about.
