Hotel staff were excellent especially the concierge. The property is excellent except there were not much restaurants to choose from in the neighborhood.

AC did not work in the room. Main light switches not working. Light bulb hanging from the ceiling.

Very, very nice breakfast with a variety of choices. Very courteous staff. Very nice location. The only thing that surprised me was the fact that they didn’t have usb ports in the room. That’s unnaceptable for a hotel of such a class.
