Reservé dos habitaciones dobles y me dieron sencillas pero al final me ayudaron facilitándome otra habitación.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Overall good hotel but the smaller and cheaper rooms have no air conditioning making it hot to sleep. Plus, the windows are razor thin allowing outside noise inside the room. Despite my earplugs I can hear the street noise mostly traffic jams inside the room. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast should have been better. They keep serving old bread. Not a single day I had fresh bread. They put the bread out there without any protection and the air is drying them quickly. But I also asked fresh bread at one time, day bring a day or two old bread. That’s true for all four different kind they bread they serve. I won’t stay there any longer.

“Shortage of coffee” = scandal

The Hotel itself was ok. We were shocked when the Hotel did not have coffee for our room. We asked for 2 coffee but the clerk only brought 1 cause didn’t have more!!!! Can you believe it! Colombia being the third worldwide exporter! This happened for 2 days. Also when we checked in, the clerk at reception made a mistake in the payment and my wife had to go down again and pay again. Same thing the day of check out, another clerk took ages to gives the bill. The only time pleasant person was the waiter Gabriel who was kind, quick and professional.
