Great hotel in Sentul City
Posted 5 Aug 2022 on HotelsThe staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Amelia. The sky bar, Vertical is superb. The chief was accommodating with my request during dinner on the 3 Aug 22.

The property and staff are all wonderful. My only complaint is when the hotel is busy, the shower temperature regulation is off. Hot to cold every few seconds, wasn’t a problem on less crowded days. Otherwise great stay
