Absolutely awful worse hotel I have stayed in and I’ve stayed at a few of the Labranda hotels which is why we chose this one. The hotel dining areas are filthy tables never cleaned no clean cutlery had to keep asking at every meal time, mouldy cheese being put out. Stale food. Toilets at pool area were absolutely disgusting no one checking the state they were in! Had to walk all the way back to reception if you needed the toilet the only ones that were half decent! The hotel was over run with dogs in a dog lover so didn’t bother me but if you don’t like dogs you are screwed! They are everywhere! Never again it was awful experience

Location is good , but late check in even it’s all inclusive the fridge was not working no water in room we inform the reception 3 time but no action . Can be better served

Had a great stay! The staff was always ready to help. The room was very clean and it was a clean hotel overall. I liked how they had many different activities that we could do. The view was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to enjoy the sea and relax.

Hotel rooms need an update, 3 star max. Entertainment was rubbish if any. Food good, pool and servers good. Bathrooms and entertainment crew let the place down

We booked this property as it had very high ratings. It’s nothing like what you see in the pictures. If ur familiar with Clubmed, it’s on the lower side of their property. The staff was so rude to us and unhelpful and even made fun of us when we asked if we could have a room that wasn’t by the night party. They said the party will stop at 11:00pm due to regulations and that’s a lie. Party till 2:00AM every night. The food is probably some of the most awful things I’ve ever seen in my life. Although lots of it, truly unappetizing in every way. The beds were so uncomfortable that we had to ask for extra heavy blankets to help with the springs in our backs and legs. The AC didn’t work and they were arguing that it was. 3 hours later and arguing with the dismissive manager, we had service in our room at 11:30pm and they were able to clean the vents and service the AC as crap just kept falling on our floors and our luggage. If you need a cab, don’t you dare ask for help. Your on your own! The grounds look beautiful but don’t be fooled, the rest of the place is a true 2 star US standard rating.

Great hotel. Very clean, receptionist are super helpful if you need anything. The entertainment team is great, different activities each day very energetic knows how to get people involved. The only downside I would say is the food very bland and repetitive, we ate out most times.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights with garden views room 2144 had a strong rotten egg smell and room 2149 looked out onto a rubbish storage area, both balconies had not been cleaned. Room 2144 couldn’t be attended to until after leaving and couldn’t swap rooms. Couldn’t book Italian due to being fully booked in advance if the stay was longer told that we would get a table. Hotel ran out of room keys. Plus points staff are extremely attentive areas outside clean, pool great for family and young children
