I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kaya Palazzo for my first ever visit to Türkiye and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of cleanliness at this hotel is unparalleled. Every corner, from the lobby to the rooms, gleamed with meticulous attention to detail, making the environment not only inviting but also incredibly comfortable. The gym was another highlight of my stay. Impeccably maintained and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Their beach area and accommodations are probably the best in the area. The views from the main dining restaurant during breakfast was a highlight every morning. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Their attentiveness and professionalism were consistently impressive. Every request was met with a smile and promptness, making me feel valued and well taken care of. The amenities offered by the hotel are of the highest quality. It's evident that Kaya Palazzo takes great pride in providing an upscale experience for its guests. Overall, I highly recommend Kaya Palazzo as it delivers a high-end quality experience that is hard to match.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kaya Palazzo, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. Not only was I treated to a breathtaking beach view from my spacious room, but the pristine beach itself was a haven of relaxation. The cleanliness and maintenance of the beach were top-notch, making every moment spent there truly delightful.
Every morning, I looked forward to the breakfast spread, which boasted a rich variety of delectable dishes, catering to all tastes and preferences. But what truly set my experience apart was the impeccable service from the Guest Relations Supervisor, Serhat. His attentiveness, courtesy, and dedication to ensuring that guests have a memorable stay are truly commendable.
Kudos to the entire team of Kaya Palazzo and a special thanks to Serhat. This hotel has set a new benchmark for hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious stay with world-class amenities.

Our stay at Kaya Palazzo was wonderful. The service has been top notch. The rooms, food and the proximity to the beach is just an added bonus. The staff pays attention to all the guests which is commendable. We absolutely recommend this property and can’t wait to go back again.
