Our recent stay at Faros Hotel was a good experience. The beach access was convenient, and September's lower crowds made it even more enjoyable. The staff was impressively professional and attentive. Breakfast was tasty, and the hotel restaurant served good food all day. The pool area was a lovely retreat. If you're considering staying around Gölköy and Türkbükü areas for your next stay, Faros Hotel is a solid choice.

Property location is absolutely fantastic. It’s right on the beach. They have a lounge area that extends over the water and it’s awesome. Food at their Felix restaurant is really good too. Property is clean, quite well maintained and the staff at the reception are just awesome.

Service and comfort lacking

Not sure where to start. I really feel we got the worst location on probably, at check I did ask to be moved before we took the room but was denied. The room was too far from the wifi, which I let reception know but after they tried to fix it it was still not working. If you like firm beds your gonna love this place. The beds were firm as a rock. The sun would be super bright since there was no black out curtains. Limited English at the front desk which I guess I can understand so little help is available. Lastly we had two free drink tickets which were not given to us upon check in and asked the manager about. They said they would remove two drinks off the tab we had but upon checkout only one was removed. Also had an issue with an order at the restaurant the wrong item came out and I said I would pay for the up charge if they can change it to the one I wanted. Manager said no. In the end we changed flights and left a day early.

I had an amazing time in Bodrum staying for 3 weeks at luxurious Faros hotel. Everything okay as spot on from room size and amenities,balcony was huge bonus for me. Food choices was great. Nice buffet breakfast. Hotel has it own pool and beach is walking distance. Best part for me was I was there bit out of season and was quite and not overcrowded. Warm recommendation for anyone vacation.

I have mixed feelings. If you are not picky and if you are only focused on swimming then this hotel will be good for you. Otherwise, this is a boutique hotel, you will not get vip service. My booking said deluxe room with pool view but I did not get such a room. When I asked about it, they said that ad was for all rooms. Wifi was so bad that you should safely assume you will not get any. I did not use my 10 euro vip benefit because I felt that I might be charged more than accurate. You should look at your final bill closely: I didn’t use the mini bar but I was charged for it. They eliminated the fee after I objected. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant staff and room cleaning staff were excellent.
