Comfortable, clean, hot water, A/C, TV, wifi all worked, not always a given in Mexico, Gustavo our tour guide was great, speaks fairly good English

Great family stay
Posted 21 Feb 2024 on HotelsWe were a group of 7 from 84 to 45 years of age range. We got 3 rooms and the stay was just what we needed. They provided a shuttle to pick us up from the train El Chepe. And we got a tour from them as well as a ride to the airport. Excellent guides and the breakfast that was included was delicious!

No hot water in the sink. Took 10 minutes in the shower for water to run before hot water came out. Not good.

The staff at this Hotel are exceptional all you need to do is ask and they will accommodate you. The food is excellent the hotel is very clean and well taken care of. The best way I can describe it is a diamond in the rough will definitely stay at this Hotel again when visiting Creel.
