Excellent stay with pool, clean & breakfast buffet
Posted 9 Feb 2024 on HotelsThis was a really spectacular stay as the room was spacious/clean and had a fridge, tv, air conditioning, good wifi, safe, hot water, and a deck (for the specific room provided). There was a great pool in the courtyard in a private space. There is also breakfast in the adjacent Japanese restaurant that serves a morning buffet from 7-10am with good options for omelet, braised chicken, pastries, ham/cheese, and coffee/tea/juice for a good value. Ali (spelling... sorry) was super informative during check-in and she kindly remembered to wish a happy birthday which I appreciated. The rest of the ladies there are very friendly and smiling to welcome you; the gentlemen not so much but service was efficient.

The rooms have very thin walls and you can here people having sex in adjoining rooms

The AC stopped working…so I had two very uncomfortable nights. Staff were not bothered. Don’t stay here.

The hotel it self is really nice, the breakfast is okay, even though the staff will close the buffet 15 min before to a sure they had food left for them. The rooms are okay however the bed from our room 225 was as hard as prison beds, my back was killing me for 3 days. The cleaning staff are extremely loud and do not respect guest sleeping. To top that off we arrived pretty early at the hotel but we’re informed we couldn’t check in because “they’re were no rooms available” so we stayed in the pool area while they had “availability” it was 11 am and the room225 was cleaned. I passed by receptionist at 12 and asked and the receptionist told me she still had no room available. I came back at 4pm and to my surprise I was given room 225. So they basically made me wait around just because, if I would have known this I would have paid an extra day just to have a room available but this wasn’t event offered to me.
