Great location, lots of dining options really close to the hotel. The staff was kind and friendly.
The included breakfast was adequate, nothing really special, and the elevator is still broken.
But this are two small criticisms in an otherwise excellent experience.

Staff is nice, hotel room is nice. The only disappointment I have to share is asking them to call for taxi a night prior. When I checked out, Ruben said I owe $12 for taxi. They asked me to pay $12 to them or I can choose to pay directly when taxi comes. I thought of convenience, so I paid. When taxi arrived, Ruben paid $2 to the taxi and kept $10!!! What a rip off! Also, the taxi was shared with other local people and not straight to the airport. If I have known, I can call any taxi in the Am. Although $10 is small amount, but I don’t like being tricked or scammed like this. Travelers- be ware!! Do not ask them to get taxi to airport or water taxi! I rather pay the $ to the ones that actually provide the service! Not honest at all!!!

The property was in a convenient location and staff were super nice. They gave us great advice on what to do and where to go. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom. When we arrived the bathroom was very dirty, the wood under the sink was broken and we had no hot water throughout the trip. The location is very convenient but would not stay there again.

Like the place but internet is terrible! No WiFi at all need improvement. But the rest is Exelente, the peaple the attention and very friendly.

Posted 12 Feb 2023 on HotelsIt is in a good location and the room is big. The condition of the room has seen better days. When showeing the water runs everywhere in the room. Faucet in bathroom was loose. Warm water did not work twice but was fixed after telling the staff. No door in bathroom/toilet.
Its to expensive for what you get. There are better options in Bocas
