We had an amazing stay! The staff is absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful. Everything was well organized and clean. We really enjoyed snack hours as it was delicious and refreshing. Sunday brunch was also delicious! The service we had from Yulieth was awesome. I look forward to returning and will highly recommend the Hyatt Regency to all visiting Cartagena!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt in Cartagena. Our experience was first-class, and our room was well-appointed. The staff at the hotel was courteous and didn't hesitate to assist. Security guards are stationed near the elevators to ensure that those who are not hotel guests remain in the public areas. The rooftop pools are excellent. I would stay at this hotel again the next time I'm in Cartagena.

El hotel deberia tener servicio en la playa de sombrillas y sillas. habia una renovacion al lado de la picina del 12 piso y no estaba delimitada para q la gente pudiera pasar.. tocaba pasar entre trabajadores y materiales.
Quiero resaltar El servicio de Juan el botones, su amabilidad y servicio fue exelente
