We attended a marriage retreat here. The staff are very kind and helpful, especially Tommy.

The property was rundown first embassy I’ve seen the room was horrible mattress was loud and squeaky, toilet kept running, pool area was disgusting, everywhere besides the lobby needs to be renovated the rooms are in horrible conditions I complained several times about a leaking door

I was very surprised the hotel was very nice, clean, helpful staff. The breakfast was very nice with an omelet station..the room could use a little update, but fir o er night it was fine.

We always stay here when we come to see our grandkids. The place check in staff were very nice. But the person at the bar was so rude that we didn't even tip her. Never had a problem before.

Great customer service, nice room, A/C was nice and cold. Great location that is close to FAU.

The room carpet smelly and filthy i had to spray lysol…needs a good deep cleaning to remove stains Also the bed skirt on my king bed ripped and hanging down..they could do better..losing its touch
