I stayed in hotel with my mom. Loved everything! The hotel is beautiful, the service is excellent, rooms are big (except of bathroom) and cozy, a lot of dining options and lounges all around hotel. Food was pretty good. Loved the small details inside the room and all around the hotel - like nespresso coffee mashine, tumblers for water to go, sunscreen and aloe cream for the beach, water to go is everywhere, even wipes for sunglasses (on a water taxi boat). I will definitely come back and would recommend this place for anyone!

Property is gorgeous, clean and very well maintained. So much to do at the Harborside Pool for the kids. Once the Beach Club is completed, it will be great as well.

The resort was beautiful and clean. The concierge was very helpful when need a clarification on activities. The back of the resort had the water view, boats and comfortable seats to relax and watch the view /sunset/sunrise . All staff would greet you while walking around. The accommodation to take you to the beach was great . The shopping stores had nice items and prices were fair. HEADS UP. If you don’t want to spend $ do not go there, it’s not for you . The resort is high class and get ready to spend money and I didn’t mind at all . It was worth it but except for the room service. Negative : Honestly the food was not great at all. I will not do room service again. The burgers were salty, ketchup was old it turn dark brown tasted yaky and the ice cream tasted like they had it . for years . Positive: the 2 restaurants had dinner the food was delicious. ( principessa and Japanese Bocce ) breakfast at Sadelle’s was delicious. Again for 2 people i spent over $200 so be ready. Positive about my room was clean : accommodated with snacks, drinks, coffee, a safe; white robes , sandals ,shampoo and conditioner ( smelled very nice). Negative about room: my windows were directly seeing the lot where the cars were driving/coming from the front of the resort. It felt a bit scary since at anytime if a person lost control ( my butt is finished lol). You couldn’t hear but headlights was no so great. Next time they need to give me a better room view and I’ll give a 5
