Staff at the lobby was not very friendly, specially at check-in. The guy asked me if I wanted to call the bank when he was using the wrong payment terminal. Also, I had to find the parking lot myself as no one really was available at the main entrance to receive the car and help with the bags. Will look for other options next time.

Camas muy cómodas, muy buenas amenidades. Único es el ultimo piso se escucha mucho ruido del techo, lo cual hizo la estancia un poco desagradable

The hotel is on a great location near two major malls, it does not have ocean view, but the location makes for it. You can walk to the malls but I would recommend taking a taxi as the weather will make you sweat a lot.
Great service and the place is very clean.
The food is not my favorite but it is ok.

Great location, very comfortable bed but unfortunately only one elevator for a full hotel. Been broken for six months.
