The hotel is surrounded by construction sites, not noisy but there is not many amenities unless you drive downtown

Normally they great you at the parking lot and this time they didn’t I had to carry my own bags I had staff come into my rooms unannounced twice which was very unprofessional

I really had to request my VIP Status perks. They were not very friendly to do a room upgrade. Good by the pool not fresh. A bit disappointing

For the first time after so many times staying at this hotel. I forgot my apple headset charging and when I called the hotel they said the cleaning lady didn’t see it but I know I left it there. Clearly the staff is not honest so just be careful.
